Different problems will take different recovery times, depending on how long you have had the condition, your age, the severity of the problem, etc. We will be able to give you a better idea once your injury has been assessed.
Generally, we would advise you to wear a t-shirt or a vest for neck, shoulders and back issues. Shorts should be worn for any hip or leg issues. If you are coming for a sport injury, please bring your sports kit and trainers as well.

Yes, you are welcome to bring someone with you. We also ask parents/guardians/carers to attend their children/patients’ treatment sessions. I am also happy for parents to bring their children during treatment.
Yes, we are recognised by all major insurance companies and will generally invoice the insurance company directly (depending on the insurance policy). Please call us to confirm that we are registered with your insurer.
We charge 50% of the cost of the missed appointment if you do not show up or do not cancel your appointment at least 24H before it is due.
If you missed or are unable to attend your appointment, just call us and we will book you again.
