10 min screening chat

Free

Due to the recent Covid-19 outbreak, we had to take exceptional measures to guarantee the safety of our patients and staff.  We had to put in place a 10-minute COVID screening assessment and all our therapists will wear full personal protective equipment.

FAQs

How quickly can I get an appointment?

Most new appointments are offered within 48 Hours. Please do not hesitate telling us if you feel that your condition is more urgent. We will try to squeeze you in at lunchtime or in the evening!

Do I need to see a doctor first?

No. However, please note that some insurance companies stipulate that you need to see your GP before starting physiotherapy, so please check your policy.

How many sessions of physiotherapy will I need?

Different problems will take different recovery times, depending on how long you have had the condition, your age, the severity of the problem, etc. We will be able to give you a better idea once your injury has been assessed.

What should I wear for my treatment?

Generally, we would advise you to wear a t-shirt or a vest for neck, shoulders and back issues. Shorts should be worn for any hip or leg issues. If you are coming for a sport injury, please bring your sports kit and trainers as well.

Do you treat children?

Yes, we do.

Can I bring someone with me?

Yes, you are welcome to bring someone with you. We also ask parents/guardians/carers to attend their children/patients’ treatment sessions.  I am also happy for parents to bring their children during treatment.

Can I claim the cost of treatment through my health insurance policy?

Yes, we are recognised by all major insurance companies (see below) and will generally invoice the insurance company directly (depending on the insurance policy). Please call us to confirm that we are registered with your insurer.

I missed my appointment. What next?

We have a SMS reminder in place that will alert you of your appointment 48H before it is due.

We charge 50% of the appointment fee for any appointment cancelled less than 24H before it is due and the full amount for any cancellation under 4 hours before it is due or for any no shows.

If you missed or are unable to attend your appointment, just call us and we will book you again.

I have questions about my treatment or I would like to complain about my treatment. Who should I contact?

Please speak to your physiotherapist, if you have any questions about your treatment. In the unlikely event, that your questions are not answered, please contact us.
