We offer different types of assessment options depending on what you are looking for.

  • If you are not sure if we can help you, please ask for a (up to) 10 min free call during which you will be able to explain to us your problem and our therapists will be able to tell you if physiotherapy or sports therapy can help.

  • Initial Consultation

    A 30-minute assessment during which an assessment will be done (but we might not have the time to offer a treatment) – £55

    A 60-minute assessment during which an assessment and treatment will be offered – £75

FAQs

  • Most new appointments are offered within 48 Hours. Please do not hesitate telling us if you feel that your condition is more urgent. We will try to squeeze you in at lunchtime or in the evening!

  • No. However, please note that some insurance companies stipulate that you need to see your GP before starting physiotherapy, so please check your policy.

  • Different problems will take different recovery times, depending on how long you have had the condition, your age, the severity of the problem, etc. We will be able to give you a better idea once your injury has been assessed.

  • Generally, we would advise you to wear a t-shirt or a vest for neck, shoulders and back issues. Shorts should be worn for any hip or leg issues. If you are coming for a sport injury, please bring your sports kit and trainers as well.

  • Yes, we do.

  • Yes, you are welcome to bring someone with you. We also ask parents/guardians/carers to attend their children/patients’ treatment sessions.  I am also happy for parents to bring their children during treatment.

  • Yes, we are recognised by all major insurance companies (see below) and will generally invoice the insurance company directly (depending on the insurance policy). Please call us to confirm that we are registered with your insurer.

  • We have a SMS reminder in place that will alert you of your appointment 48H before it is due.

    By making an appointment, it is the patient’s responsibility to attend, as lateness or missed appointments inconvenience everyone.

    A minimum of 24 hours is required, otherwise, the patient will be billed the FULL price of the session fee for a late cancellation or a non-attendance.

    If you missed or are unable to attend your appointment, just call us and we will book you again.

  • Please speak to your physiotherapist, if you have any questions about your treatment. In the unlikely event, that your questions are not answered, please contact us.
