    Benji - Physiotherapist

    I am the Founder and Lead Physiotherapist at Benji Physio, working primarily as a MSK Physiotherapy Consultant with a focus on complex and persistent conditions (Back, neck, shoulder, knee, hip and ankle/foot) and running injury specialist.

    Erin is a MSc Physiotherapist qualified in 2025, a BSc Sports and Exercise science and a massage therapist.

    She has a passion for improving overall health and functionality across all ages, whether your goal is to walk along a beach pain-free or return to golfing, and she can definitely help you achieve it.

    I am a MSc Physiotherapist who graduated from Queen Margaret University in 2025.

    I joined Benji Physio in 2021 and obtained my BSc (Hons) Sports Therapist from the University of Highlands and Islands in Perth the same year.

    Lianne is a highly specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with over 10 years of experience and advanced expertise in Sport and Exercise Medicine.

    She has a wealth of knowledge in the prevention, management, and rehabilitation of sports and musculoskeletal injuries, with specialist interests in shoulder, knee, hip, tendon, and running-related conditions, as well as pre- and post-operative rehabilitation.
