Our Team

Benji is the founder of Benji Physio. He started the company in 2016. Benji is a msk specialist with an interest in Sports physio and neck/back pain.

I am a Sports Therapist due to graduate in May 2021 with a degree in BSc (Hons) Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation from the University of Highlands and Islands in Perth.

I am originally from Edinburgh but have lived in Fife for ten years after taking up my first physiotherapy post with NHS Fife.

James is an experienced sports therapist turned physiotherapist with a passion for helping people recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and improve their overall quality of life to become pain-free.
