Who am I?
I am a Physiotherapist at Benji Physio with a background in Sport and Exercise Science (BSc Hons) and a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh.
I have a particular clinical interest in knee, ankle, and lower back conditions, with a focus on delivering clear, effective rehabilitation that translates directly into everyday function and performance. My approach is grounded in thorough assessment, targeted treatment, and progressive exercise strategies that are specific to your goals.
As an Irish National Rowing Champion, I bring first-hand experience of the physical and psychological demands of training, injury, and return to performance. This perspective shapes the way I work—combining structure, accountability, and realism to support you through each stage of recovery.
Whether your goal is returning to sport, resuming training, or simply moving comfortably through daily life, I focus on practical, results-driven rehabilitation that fits around you.
My aim is to help you build strength, restore confidence in your body, and return to what matters most—without unnecessary complexity or guesswork.
