Who am I?

I am MSc Physiotherapist qualified in 2025, BSc Sports and Exercise science and a massage therapist.

I have a passion for improving overall health and functionality across all ages, whether your goal is to walk along a beach pain-free or return to golfing, I can help you achieve it.

I am a national rowing champion back home in Ireland, and with my background in sport and exercise science, I understand what it takes to make a successful athlete. A lot goes into improving performance, especially when recovering from an injury, and I am motivated to provide support throughout this journey to ensure you return to being the best you can be.

I have joined Benji Physio to pursue my thirst for knowledge of the MSK world, learn from experienced and talented practitioners and further grow as an individual in such a fast-paced but rewarding environment.
