2. Full Physiotherapy Assessment
A comprehensive clinical assessment is performed to identify:
mobility restrictions
specifc muscle strength assessment
movement compensations
joint limitations
muscle imbalance
control and stability deficits
plyometric and impact assessment
This is a detailed one-to-one physiotherapy assessment tailored specifically to runners.
3. Running Gait Assessment & Video Analysis
Your running technique is assessed either:
on a treadmill within the clinic, or
outdoors depending on your goals and the conditions
Using our Ochy App video analysis, we assess:
running mechanics
cadence
loading patterns
landing strategy
limb control
movement efficiency
The aim is not to completely change your running style, but to identify movement patterns that may be contributing to excessive stress or inefficient loading.

For simpler or primarily load-related injuries, we may recommend:
training modifications

a structured self-management programme

Option 2 — Assessment + Treatment Package - From £300
If hands-on treatment and guided rehabilitation are required, we can provide:
treatments include hands-on treatment and shockwave for tendon injuries
progressive strength rehabilitation
tendon or muscle loading programmes
return-to-running progression
ongoing reassessment
