Running pain that does not go away or keeps coming back?

Our Running Injury Clinic is designed for runners struggling with recurrent injuries, persistent pain, or a loss of confidence in their running.

1. Full Injury & Training Review

We begin with a detailed discussion about:

  • your injury history

  • training patterns and running volume

  • previous injuries

  • footwear and surfaces

  • recovery habits

  • changes in training load or intensity

This helps us identify potential contributing factors and understand the timeline behind the injury.read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.

2. Full Physiotherapy Assessment

A comprehensive clinical assessment is performed to identify:

  • mobility restrictions

  • specifc muscle strength assessment

  • movement compensations

  • joint limitations

  • muscle imbalance

  • control and stability deficits

  • plyometric and impact assessment

This is a detailed one-to-one physiotherapy assessment tailored specifically to runners.

3. Running Gait Assessment & Video Analysis

Your running technique is assessed either:

  • on a treadmill within the clinic, or

  • outdoors depending on your goals and the conditions

Using our Ochy App video analysis, we assess:

  • running mechanics

  • cadence

  • loading patterns

  • landing strategy

  • limb control
