This is a detailed one-to-one physiotherapy assessment tailored specifically to runners.

Then, we will assess your running technique:
Either on a treadmill within the clinic or
Outdoors, depending on your goals and conditions
Using the Ochy App video analysis, we’ll assess:
Running mechanics
Cadence
Loading patterns
Landing strategy
Limb control
Movement efficiency
The aim is not to completely change your running style, but to identify movement patterns that may be contributing to excessive stress or inefficient loading.
