Who am I?

I am a Chartered Physiotherapist with a developing specialist interest in neurological physiotherapy, alongside extensive experience in post-operative orthopaedics and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.

I work across a wide range of conditions, with particular expertise in the shoulder, spine, hip, and knee. I support patients through the full rehabilitation journey—from early-stage recovery following injury or surgery, through to restoring function, returning to work, and progressing back to higher levels of activity and performance where appropriate.

My approach is grounded in strength and conditioning principles, integrating evidence-based rehabilitation with advanced biomechanics. Drawing on frameworks aligned with organisations such as ACE, CIMSPA, NSCA, and NASM, I deliver structured, progressive programmes designed to rebuild strength, restore movement quality, and develop long-term physical resilience.

I have experience working with both complex post-operative cases and a broad spectrum of musculoskeletal presentations. This includes athletes from disciplines such as dance, gymnastics, strength sports, martial arts, rugby, and CrossFit, as well as individuals aiming to return to pain-free movement in everyday life.

Alongside my clinical work, I remain actively involved in strength training and martial arts, which gives me a practical understanding of training demands, injury mechanisms, and the process required to safely return to performance.

My focus extends beyond reducing pain—I aim to rebuild confidence, improve physical capacity, and equip you with the tools needed for long-term self-management. You can expect a clear, structured, and honest approach, with guidance at every stage of your recovery.

Ultimately, my goal is to help you move efficiently, build resilience, and return to the activities that matter most to you—whether that’s sport, work, or everyday life.
