Hops - Forward/ backwards

Stand on one leg, with other leg bent at the knee.

To begin hoping bend your knee and hip and push up with the ball of your foot.

Hop forwards, land softly with control.

Hop quickly, land softly.

Repeat on opposite side.

Repeat as prescribed.
