Loop Band Step Foot Front/Back

Place one foot on the edge of a step.

Place a loop band around both ankles.

Slowly bring the opposite leg in front of the fixed foot and then slowly backward.

Keep your balance and do not hinge your hip.

Indications:

Any hip injury

Any Knee injury

Any ankle injury

Lower Limb Post-op

Neurological rehab
