Grip Strengthener - Elbow Straight - Thumb Horizontal

In sitting, keep your elbow straight in front of you and hold the device in a horizontal position.

Squeeze the grip strengthener as hard as possible.

Hold for 2 to 10 seconds depending on your therapist’s advice.

Adjust resistance as needed.
